WEST 70TH STREET/CORNELIA AREA STUDY

A traffic study for the Greater Cornelia/West 70th Street area was conducted to evaluate traffic volumes, speeds and safety; address pedestrian/bicycle concerns; identify potential solutions for the study corridor; and provide recommendations that best fit the community's needs.

On March 17, 2009, the City Council approved the recommended improvements. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2010.
