AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDINA CITY CODE CONCERNING GAMBLING

 

THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:

Section 1. Subsection 215.06 of the Edina City Code is repealed:

Section 2. Subsection 215.09 of the Edina City Code is repealed:

Section 3. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.

 

First Reading: September 16, 2008
