NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WOODLAND CIRCLE AND WOODLAND LANE AREA SEWER, WATER AND STREET RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-345

The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at 7 p.m. to consider the following proposed improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.

Woodland Circle and Woodland Lane
Estimated Total Assessment Cost Improvement BA-345 $200,000.00

The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed improvements includes all properties between and including:

80 to 97 Woodland Circle and 5704 to 5712 Woodland Lane.


These properties are proposed to be assessed approximately $14,350.00 per residential equivalent unit.
