NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


RICHMOND HILLS 2ND ADDN. NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS

Improvement NO. ba-343

The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Monday, March 3, 2008, at 7 p.m. to consider the following proposed improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.

 

Richmond Hills 2nd Addn. Neighborhood Roadway & Utility Improvements

Improvement BA-343

Estimated Total Assessment Cost = $504,000.00

 

The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed improvements includes all properties between and including:

  • 5232 to 5412 Edenmoor Street

  • 5301 to 5347 Pinewood Trail

  • 5201 to 5268 Richwood Drive

  • 5245 Sherwood Road

 

These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately $10,500.00 per residential equivalent unit.
