Spring load restrictions for 2010 went into effect 12:01 a.m. Monday,
March 8, and will be lifted at 12:01 a.m. Monday, April 12.
Most residential roads are restricted to five tons per axle unless they
have a permit during the restricted period of time. Permits are issued for six tons per axle.
Permits are issued at the Public Works office, 5146 Eden Ave., between the
hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. A permit is good for one truck to one
address for one day. The cost of a permit is $100.
