PARK MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT
FORESTRY INTERN 

The City of Edina is accepting applications for a part-time summer intern in the area of forestry. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a course that focuses on forestry or arboriculture practices and techniques. Applicants must have a current Tree Inspector License through testing and certification by the State of Minnesota.

 

Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, working with the City Forester, Oak Wilt and Dutch Elm disease inspections, buckthorn abatement and light ground-level tree-trimming.

Starting wage is $12.92 per hour. The intern will work 32 hours per week.
