Agendas for Planning Commission meetings are available
after 3 p.m. on the Friday preceding each meeting. The agenda includes
time for public hearings on subjects such as rezonings, subdivisions,
conditional use permits, final development plans, ordinance amendments and
comprehensive plan amendments.
*The Planning Commission traditionally meets the Wednesday before the
first Council Meeting of the month. The Council meets the first and third
Tuesdays of every month. Deadline date: 21 days prior to the Commission
meeting. Please contact the Planning Department if you have any questions
