Section 126 - Absentee Ballot Board
126.01 Absentee Ballot Board Established. There
is hereby established an Absentee Ballot Board pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Section 203B.13 Subd 1 for the purpose of processing absentee ballots cast by
Edina citizens. The board shall consist of a sufficient number of election
judges appointed as provided in Minnesota Statutes Sections 204B.19 to
204B.22.
126.02 Duties of the Absentee Ballot Board. The
Absentee Ballot Board Election Judges shall meet and take receipt of all
return absentee ballot envelopes from the City Clerk at Edina City Hall. Two
or more election judges shall examine and process said absentee ballots
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 203B.
